La atención del personal es increíble, los precios son muy accesibles,sin embargo hay puntos a destacar en las habitaciones por lo cual no se merece las 5 estrellas, el agua caliente para el baño tarda en llegar a una habitación sobre todo si estás en el nivel más bajo, no hay instalaciones para personas con capacidades especiales, las habitaciones si ofrecen servicio de TV, buenas camas, colchas limpias, almohadas confortables y tienen servicio de estacionamiento, pero no tienen jabón, agua embotellada, toallas, teléfono, y algunas habitaciones tienen olor a humedad y mal drenaje por lo que es un aspecto a cuidar para el turismo y un punto a mejorar si desean recibir 5 estrellas en el futuro. Quede satisfecho porque el ambiente es agradable y la seguridad de tus pertenencias se dio de manera total.
Un hotel muy cercano al centro. Tiene buena vista. Económico y muy limpio, nos proporcionaron lo necesario para higiene y cobijas para no pasar frío, hicieron limpieza una vez al día diario, la habitación es cómoda, cuenta con TV y WiFi, agua caliente todo el día. El personal es muy amable y atento. Nos dieron información de cómo llegar a Yohualichan y hasta nos llevaron al transporte. Muchas gracias por hacer amena la estancia.
Un hotel sencillo pero con buenos servicios, su personal es muy atento y cordial! Esta a un par de cuadras del centro y cuenta con estacionamiento propio!!! Esta muy cerca de la glorieta del volador, aceptan tarjetas de crédito y cuentan con tv, agua caliente, internet y productos artesanales de la comunidad!!
Es un lugar muy cómodo y bonito para descansar. El personal fue muy atento y siempre me ayudó con sugerencias y tips. Es un hotel equiparado en calidad y precio, durante mi estancia el costo fue de 500 pesos para dos personas. La habitación es muy acogedora y limpia. Tiene un balcón para apreciar parte del pueblo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
El hotel es limpio, bonito, cómodo y con una excelente ubicación. El personal amables y atentos en todo momento. Las 4 estrellas son porque no servía el tanque de agua del sanitario ni había cortina en la regadera, si bien nos subieron cubetas, no fue lo más comodo para nosotros . Aún así, lo recomiendo completamente, esta genial que pongan agua y jabones.
Es un lugar sencillo con precios accesibles,ubicado a unas calles del parque. No te molesta la gente y está limpio. Suficiente Agua caliente y muy tranquilo. Cabe destacar q justamente ahí en la esquinita a la vuelta hay una casa donde venden variedades de guisos a la leña,con tortillas de mano y todo el lugar es muy rústico acordé al ambiente. Las señoras q te atienden y que guisan son personas muy buena gente y muy limpias,la mayoría con vestimenta tradicional de sus raíces. Y los precios son muy accesibles también. También hay tiendas a unas cuantas casas del hotel. Y se siente un lugar muy seguro y familiar.
